Zanhotel Europa We were sent to a room that was being worked on, subsequently changed. Smoke smell was evident despite being no smoking floor. Shortage of feather pillows, not enough to satisfy our request. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.

Zanhotel Europa I stayed your hotel only for two days but I enjoyed your hotel because the your hotel cleaned, quiet and old built. however, the your hotel had italian lenguages all the chanels on tv and only 15 . I think it could be engish and than more channels. thanks you for everything
