Terme Villa Borri luxury SPA hotel in Tuscany is a main old farm house which dates back to the seven hundreds. This majestic home was finely restored without altering its unique dimensions and its original characteristics, while adding rich innovations and fascinating novelties which provide elements of notable quality. This luxury SPA Hotel in Tuscany can be defined as being the very first real “beauty farm”. Villa Borri’s main farm house is in fact surrounded by other old homes, which today have become splendid residences ready to meet any type of necessity for those exigent guests who love Tuscany and Italy, luxury and classic hotels and Spa resort.

The 22 farm homes where farm workers lived, have been restructured perfectly respecting the typical Tuscan style in all its original dimensions. Each home can host 2, 4 or 6 visitors while following a bed & breakfast regime. The SPA & Wellness Center is located within the Villa. You can arrive at the spa in your bathrobe by simply walking a few short meters within the private park which gathers the entire complex. This entire ambiance provides guests with larger areas of space, as well as with increased freedom and liberty in all their movements.

This same park is made up of functional areas. These function areas offer a variety of diverse activities such as: Morning exercise activities for muscular tone awakening with the assistance of an instructor, relaxation areas where guests can direct themselves after having concluded the Thermal Passage, peaceful reading on the diverse terraces, as well as peaceful walks within the park area. 

The heart of the Villa is considered to be the SPA & Wellness Center along with the twelve exclusive thermal suite. The treatment and wellness rooms are totally unique and are accompanied by ample space which makes them ideal spa suites. The royal like rooms are patterned with antique murals in which original whitewash paintings have been recuperated and are visibly displayed.

Today, the adjoining building which once hosted the old family crushers, has become a spa route passage made up of: spa swimming pools, turkish bath (hammam), saline pools, emotional showers, and an old washhouse where thermal waters flow smoothly.

In order to guarantee our guests with absolute relaxation, no type of mechanical medium is permitted within the facility. Upon arrival guests gain access to the external side-wall indoor parking , where a vallet car with its silent electric auto car will await the arrival of the guest unload their luggage and accompany them to the home which they have selected.

Terme Villa Borri luxury Spa hotel in Tuscany is located in the heart of Casciana Terme notorious in antiquity for its spa and for its location. The area of Casciana Terme is surrounded by the soft and rich Pisan hills and with small medieval villages, (Volterra, Lari, etc.) along with the vast history which accompanies these places. The richness of these areas, apart from the industrial areas of Pontedera and Ponsacco (Piaggio, (motor industry) and furniture) is enogastronomy, which today sees the rise in the quality of wines in the nearby Terricciola as well as a renewed discovery for antique flavors.

The homes are made up of 22 luxury apartments which express the typical Tuscan style. The apartments have been beautifully reconstructed with fine classical earthen flooring and with wooden lofts or bricks. The homes have a total of 95 beds and the surface of each room varies from 60 -130 square meters. They are fully equipped with appliances which are certain to ensure that each guest is self-sufficient if they desire (kitchenware, television lcd 26” with decoder per smart card, internet wireless connection, mini-bar, grill, etc.) The washrooms are spacious and equipped with large showers, while in the living rooms, guest will have at their disposal a small corner kitchen where they will be free to prepare their own meals if they wish.

The atmosphere of the homes is characterized by Tuscan red and ochre colors and by the soft lights which evoke ancient history. Daily reordering of the homes is guaranteed by our qualified staff who will reorder the homes in the morning hour and once again in the afternoon hour. In case of rain or cold temperatures, both umbrellas and old Tuscan cloaks (to wear over the bathrobes) can be found within the houses and may be used to cross the short meters that separate the homes from the thermal well-being centre.

Heating, air-conditioning and individual safes, complete the commodities that these homes have to offer.

The construction of restaurant is being concluded and the restaurant is expected to be opened briefly. The Piccolo Bar offers a rich buffet of products that are typical of the regions territory. Guests may enjoy breakfast and 12 o’clock brunch, surrounded by the characteristic atmosphere of the gazebo’s located in the park.
