Situated in the central and characteristic San Lorenzo district distant just few minutes from the central station and the most important historical monuments, San Lorenzo Guest House its a new structure born to offer very high quality standard and a complete scale of services. Our B&B is organized like a small hotel with aslo a reception open 14 H a day. Included in the price Italian breakfast.We have also a very elegant restaurant/bar. Other our services: shuttle to and from the airport, tour and guide of the city, reception, left-luggage office.
All the modern and elegant rooms have: private bathroom, hair drier, air conditioner, lcd tv set, safe, minibar, free internet. The scale of rooms its coplete: single room, double, triple, quadruple and connecting.

San Lorenzo Guest House Despite the central location the area is quiet bit with bars and restaurants nearby. My room was clean and spacious. I would definetely stay at San Lorenzo again.

San Lorenzo Guest House Excellent recommendation provided by front desk staff member for the best and most reasonable priced local restaurant in Rome! The food was fantastic. Also staff arranged cost effective transportation to the airport. Guest house accommodation is simple, clean and good value for the money, however, the area the guest house is located in does not appear initially as very safe because of the enormous amount of graffiti on the surrounding buildings. The graffiti is done by the local university students, who also fill the nearby streets at night and who are generally not sober! The guest house is located close to bus transportation so taking a daily bus pass to travel around Rome is inexpensive and convenient.

San Lorenzo Guest House Very nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some maintenance needed in bathroom otherwise OK. Breakfast facilities a bit archane. Self service on floor landing then take a tray back to bedroom. Otherwise, heartily recommended for the price (especially in Rome)

San Lorenzo Guest House Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast a bit poor. No breakfast room. You need to eat in your room. Too far from Main train station. Very clean and neat hotel. Street noisy but you can close windows with the air conditioning.

San Lorenzo Guest House it was farther from the train station than i expected. room was very nice. area was a little shady. the woman at the desk was speaking on her cellphone and i had to wait a long time to get my keys, etc. although i did arrive during the lunch break. heating was very good. shower was very good.

San Lorenzo Guest House Hotel rooms, size, cleanmliness and facilities are superb. The neighbourhood is daggy, dirty and covered in graffiti. The Manager had a great sense of humor.

San Lorenzo Guest House It´s a Bed&Breakfast hotel. Rooms are quite big and new (all furniture from IKEA). Continental breakfast is served in the aisle and you take it into your room. It´s not bad (coffe, tea, biscuits, cereals, mufffins,...). 15 minutes away from Termini Station, the neighborhood doesn´t look very well, full of grafittis, but you can eat well for little money. There isn´t subway close to the hotel, but you have lines 3 and 19 to go to the Colisseum.
