FROM ANCONA: exit from the motorway at Bologna-San Lazzaro, take Tangenziale. Exit n. 7, follow the directions for the city centre , cross the railways bridge and go on straight up for via Mascarella. At the 1st traffic light turn right in via Irnerio, continue straight on for about 600 mt. Cross via Indipendenza and continue up via Dei Mille, after 100 mt, on your left you will see the indications to the hotel.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto Close to central train station - 10 minute walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room bigger than typical hotel room in Italy.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good. The location is also good, near the station and the center. We got an upgrade to an apartment. This one was very spacious.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto We were travelling with from Florence to Bologna to visit some friends. We were extremely happy with our choice. The hotel is centrally located and very clean.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto My brother and i were travelling from Modena to Bologna to visit some friends. We found this hotel on the web and decided to book it mainly for the proximity to our friends house. We had a great stay, everything was just perfect.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto Our room and bathroom were very large. We spent very little time in the room on the downside no English speaking news channels were available catch up on what was going on at home but they did have free wifi which was wonderful. Hotel is close to the train station so getting around was easy as well.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto The hotel was close to the train station - quick 5 minute walk. When we got in, it was a quick check-in, (very small elevator though), and the room was spacious with a mini bar, free wifi, and had everything ready for you in the bathroom - including a scale and towel warmer which I thought was a pleasant touch. :) I'd definitely recommend anyone to go to this hotel if they ever stay in Bologna, Italy. The city itself is easy to get around in (as long as you have a map, or can speak/understand Italian), has amazing gelato and there's a square that everyone goes to, to just chill out, eat their gelato, and converse with one another.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto I stayed here for just one night whilst visitin a friend in Bologna. It is situated near the central station. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. I would book it again.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto Only one point to improve - wireless internet in my room was slow, so I have to go to reception area. Everything elce just excellent, very good hotel with very friendly stuff.

Nuovo Hotel Del Porto It was great - slightly further from the station than I had thought but still walkable even with luggage. The staff was very friendly and efficient; room was big and comfortable, internet available both downstairs and in room; bathroom was a little old but big and clean. I left too early to have breakfast.
