• From  Rome (north): Pontina S.S. 148, Exit at  the crossing Terracina and proceed direction Sabaudia, route 77 – Via Migliara 53. 
• From Naples (south): A1 Motorway in the direction of Rome . Exit at Frosinone. Take the S.S. 156 in the direction of Priverno. Go through Fossanova Abbey and proceed towards Sabaudia.  

By train: 

• Latina Train station: 30 km far from Sabaudia.
