Set in the historic heart of Rome, behind Piazza del Popolo and at a stone’s throw from Piazza di Spagna, the Hotel Valadier is a charming intimate and refined 4-star hotel. The Hotel occupies an ancient Roman palazzo and has undergone recent major refurbishment to provide all the facilities you would expect to find in a modern hotel, albeit not at the expense of its character and period features.
Dominated by the green area of the Villa Borghese Park and a key actor of the breathtaking spectacle visible at sunset from the Pincio Terrace, the Hotel Valadier is situated in a privileged location at the crossroads between the most exclusive shopping streets of Rome and the city’s principal historical and artistic itineraries.
The Classic rooms are distinctive of the Hotel’s most traditional decor style: precious woods, stained glass decorations and inventive architectures help give the feel of being on a yacht, ready to set off on an imaginative magical journey. The bathrooms feature elegant inlays of precious marbles, such as Calagatta and Turkish Travertine, reflecting the Hotel Valadier’s signature style.
A plasma TV for watching a range of satellite channels in various languages, direct dial telephone, a personal safe deposit box and a well-supplied minibar are there at your disposal to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. On the top floor of the Valadier you will find Hi-Res Restaurant and Terrace lounge with its wonderful view on Rome’s roofs. On the ground floor with its own entrance The “Brillo Parlante “ wine Bar, restaurant and Pizzeria offers a rich choice of wine and cheese. The Brillo offers also open air tables till late on night.

On the first floor of the Valadier the restaurant “Valentino” offers refined and fantasy menu that change periodically to given always fresh and new come products.
Piano Bar
On the ground floor of the Valadier with its sophisticated and participant atmosphere invites to relax listening live music while drinking cocktails.
Just off the Valadier the heart of Rome is here: Fontanella Street, short and little , joins Corso Steet and Babuino Street who are the two of three road starting from People Square designed by the famous architect Valadier rich of testimonials. The twin Churches, the Egyptian Obelisque, The Porta del Popolo, Santa Maria del Popolo with 2 Caravaggio’s Masterpieces and the terrace “ Pincio” . A short walk there is Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. For your shopping Babuino Street, Condotti Street and Spanish Steps are here with its exclusive boutiques. By car
Access is denied to unauthorised vehicles in the historical centre of Rome where the hotel is located. Guests who wish to get there by car will have to call the hotel to obtain a permit to enter the historic centre.
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.) exit Flaminia towards the city centre. Turn right for corso Di Francia. Continue on viale Maresciallo Pilsudski, turn left on piazzale Ankara, continue to piazzale Manila, continue on via Cesare Fracassini, turn left on Lungotevere Flaminio and then right on Ponte Del Risorgimento. Continue on Lungotevere Delle Armi and then piazza Delle Cinque Giornate up to Lungotevere Michelangelo. Turn left on Ponte Regina Margherita and continue on via Ferdinando Di Savoia. Turn right on Piazza Del Popolo and continue along via Di Ripetta. Turn left on via Angelo Brunetti and finally on via Della Fontanella.
By train
From Termini railway station take the subway line A direction Battistini and get off at the Flaminio stop. You can either walk for about 10 minutes in direction of via del Babuino, or catch a taxi.
By airplane

Hotel Valadier My wife and i stayed here stayed in this hotel for the second time. The location is excellent, a few steps from the most popular shopping avenues and within walking distance from the major sights. Excellent service and customer care.

Hotel Valadier This is a European boutique hotel with every available amenity either locally available on site (e.g. Fantastic rooftop restaurant with great views of the city) or available with ease through the concierge. Steps from the Piazza del Popolo, it is within a 30 minute walk of every major attraction in Rome. The Spanish Steps are 10 minutes away; the Trevi Fountain a little further. Easy 30 minute walk to Vatican City, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Vatican museums, including the Sistine Chapel. Wonderful restaurants and world-class shopping are steps from the front door of this well-kept secret. We had a suite with an intimate living room that included a pullout sofa, a lovely bar, a delightful bedroom equipped with a King-sized bed and bath. The room felt like a 1930's ocean liner--lots of wood and beautifully appointed. Impeccibly maintained with phenomenal staff. More expensive than some hotels, but we never stepped foot on a train the entire time we were in Rome. It was an incredible European experience--absolutely worth it.
