Hotel Sempione I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is close to the central station and well connected to the city centre by public transport. Excellent breakfast. Staff were all very friendly.

Hotel Sempione Our room was very clean and had all the facilities we expected and need for our two night say. The breakfast provided was adequate, and compared well with that provided by other hotels we stayed at in Italy. The hotel was modern, well located and the staff polite and helpful. We would stay there again.

Hotel Sempione The hotel is in a prett good location. Only about 800m to 1km from the main entry of the station. A few streets away from Corso Buenos Aires. And only a short distance from one of the main roads where you can eat, catch the metro or a bus to the Duomo and galleria.

Hotel Sempione Stayed here once before where I got a much nicer room than this time. The room I got this time was not re-decorated - and was facing the air-condition system to the restaurant next door. The room was also very hot and we never found the switch for the air-condition so we slept with open window.

Hotel Sempione many of the amenities, including the location were a bit overstated. the room was small, even by italian standards. the staff was marginally helpful; mostly cool and aloof...but italians seem to think this is professionalism. we americans could use a few more smiles after travel times of 20-30 hours.

Hotel Sempione The hotel room itself (bed/bathroom) was fine; it was clean, comfortable. However, the hotel staff was not friendly at all, and actually seemed kind of snooty. Also, there are no restaurants nearby, and the restaurant within the hotel was closed while we were there. The man at the front desk briskly mentioned that when we asked if there was a restaurant nearby, then waved his hand and said there were plenty or restaurants around the area, without offering any details, so we walked around and there were NOT any restaurants at all we could find in the area.

Hotel Sempione Perfectly Great hotel, relatively helpful front desk staff, large clean comfortable room, easy walking distance from the central train station & subway. Breakfast was average, I think we were just hanging for some cereal, sick of bread & jam.

Hotel Sempione The toilets were very small, but recently renovated. We traveled with 12 university students and thought it was a great place to stay. The new bar across the street was totally excellent.
