Hotel Ristorante Villa Revedin Gorgo al Monticano

Villa Revedin is a marvellous 17th century venetian villa recently restored and converted into a hotel and a restaurant, situated near Oderzo on the Postumia road (SS 53).

The lovely landscape of the countryside surronding Treviso is dotted with many ancient villas, historic heritage of the the Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia.

Abandoned in recent years by the formers owners, it became in the 70's a renowned hotel and a famous restaurant.

The park of Villa Revedin reminds the ancient magnificence of the past.

It is ideal for relaxing walkings or for taking pictures on different occasions.

Every room, elegantly renewed, offers the utmost in comfort and a polite and careful reception service offers our guests the ancient traditions of generous and refined hospitality.

The hotel has 32 confortable rooms: 14 double rooms; 14 single rooms with French bed; 4 Junior Suites, furnished with an elegant and confortable style.

The Villa Revedin restaurant was the forerunner in the Treviso area of a new way of looking at dining.

It offers a delicious and typical cuisine based on fish and shellfish.

The dining room, situated in the modern part of the villa, is characterized by a particular style and a warm and friendly atmosphere.

This room is suitable for any kind of banquet: dinners by candle light, Christenings, Holy Communions, Confirmations, birthdays, anniversary parties.

The seating capacity of the room is 210 people. It can also be utilized for banquets with a substantial number of guests.

From May to September the terrace is the suitable place for formal parties and any other kind of banquet.

Among our starters we remind you our "Gransoporo in cocotte" (our special recipe with crabs) which introduces our excellent main courses such as our pretigious "Risotto all'onda".

As second course we suggest our "storione marinato alla brace" (marinated and grilled sturgeon) and fresh fruits as dessert.

Furthermore we offer a wide choice of the most renowned white wines produced in Veneto and in Friuli.

Fresh scampi, lobsters, basses, turbots and shellfish arrive every day from the Adriatic sea so that our guests can decide themselves their menu

The renowned food quality, along with knowledgeable preparation methods, have made many Trevisan wines famous.

Searching for, tasting and choosing only the best, the wine cellar of "Villa Revedin", year after year, is enriched with prestigious bottles so as to satisfy the pleasure of fine drinking of its guests.
