Hotel Privilege The hotel is located by the river arno, within walking distance from the main sights. Rooms were sparkling clean. Excellent customer care. Buffet breakfast was great.

Hotel Privilege Good location and very helpful staff. There is a little bit of a walk from the station, but when you are walking through Florence's old centre there's not much to complain about!

Hotel Privilege Located at short walking distance from the main sights of Florence. Rooms were quite spacious and comfy. The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good.

Hotel Privilege First impression of the hotel was not outstanding because the rooms were a little old looking. HOWEVER, after staying several night I would recommend it to others. The LOCATION was fantastic and was very close to the best view of the city (on the other side of the river), the main attractions such as the Uffizi and Duomo, and has some really fun bars and resturants. The STAFF was very friendly, spoke english perfectly, and was very helpful. We needed info on the photography museum and they called around for us, we needed help with bus info and they helped, we needed a post office and they marked it on the map for us. They were great, friendly people. The BREAKFAST was also pretty darn good. They had fresh fruit, cold cuts, breads, sweet rolls, juices, yogurt, etc. It was nice. A couple days they had something going on in the dining area so they staff just brought a full breakfast (a little of everything and coffee) for two. It was nice. We both enjoyed our stay. Also, it is right on the river which was nice because 1. is was beautiful and 2. all we had to do if we got turned around in the city was find the river and start walking.

Hotel Privilege An excellent hotel, right by the river & within easy walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions - 10 minutes stroll to the Ponte Vecchio. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, recommending good restaurants & places of interest, organising taxis, opening the bar in the evening etc. The continental breakfast was very good with a range of food to suite all tastes & appetites. We would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending to others.
