The underground close to the hotel takes you in few minutes to the Vatican Museum and to other major landmarks.
A family and a Team working together, in some cases from several generations, offers an hospitality that is, first of all, a common feeling.
The hotel offers a variety of useful services to make its guests' stay in Rome as comfortable and pleasurable as possible: Guided tours, Hairdresser (on request), Underground and bus tickets, Reservations for guided tour of Vatican Museums, cultural and archaeological sites, theatres, restaurants, and sporting events.
The 75 rooms faces bright and quiet internal courtyards. All rooms are antique furnished and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay.
Bar: Intimate and discrete, the bar is the perfect place to spend some pleasant time, tasting an aperitif, a cocktail, a good wine, or having a quick meal. Open daily from 10:00 to 24:00.
Restaurant: The cosy and reserved restaurant is the ideal setting to enjoy a cookery made with flavours, passion and good products. - By taxi: taxis are available outside the terminals' arrivals area. Taxi fare to the centre of Rome runs about Euro 40.00 - 50.00. Baggage, night-time, and holiday supplements apply.
- By train: the Leonardo Express train runs direct to the Termini railway station. From there, take the Underground, Line A, to the Vittorio Emanuele stop.
From Ciampino International Airport:
- By bus: Co.tra.l / Schiaffini bus line to the Anagnina stop. From there, take the Underground, Line A, towards Battistini to the Vittorio Emanuele stop.
- By taxi: taxis are available outside the terminals' arrivals area. Taxi fare runs Euro 40.00 50.00, with an approximately 30-minute connection time to the Termini railway station. Baggage, night-time, and holiday supplements apply.
From the Termini railway station (Air Terminal):
- Underground: Line A towards Anagnina, Vittorio Emanuele stop.
- Taxi: (1,500 metres) the brief ride runs about Euro 10-12.00.
By car: from the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring road: exit on Via Appia towards the centre of Rome, to Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue along Via Emanuele Filiberto to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.

Hotel Napoleon Too expensive for quality, staff in restaurant rate as a 10, but that's all. Hotel located close to metro, but neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Not as close to important areas as suggested.

Hotel Napoleon It was a very friendly and efficient hotel and the reviews I read about it on thenet were borne out by the hotel itself. The bathroom/ shower room was very small but very clean and functional. The room we ahd was at the back os it was loveley and quiet

Hotel Napoleon We really enjoyed our stay in this charming Authentic Hotel. The staff were particularly friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. There is a beautiful foyer on the 1st Floor landing where it is lovely to sit and relax particularly at night where we enjoyed a beverage before retiring to our rooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and dinner in the restaurant was delicious with excellent service. The Hotel is situated in a quiet area but has metro access right outside the front door. Overall, I would certainly recommend this Hotel if you want a peaceful stay away from the hustle bustle of the city. Co. Wexford, Ireland.

Hotel Napoleon We totally enjoyed our stay in early July. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the train station. You can also catch the bus tours at the train station. The staff are very kind and professional - especially Pierro, the bartender...very curteous. The restaurant is primo, with a wide selection of choices. Free internet in one of the lobby areas. Very clean room....excellent air conditioning! The taxis were on strike while we were there, so there are a limited number of restaurants close by if you're on foot. I understand the subways can get you around, but we used the double decker tour bus instead. I highly recommend the hotel for a real, traditional 'old Rome atmosphere'!

Hotel Napoleon Un hotel raffinato e pulito. La colazione buffet era buonissima. La posizione ottima, tra la stazione termini ed il colosseo. Lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile.

Hotel Napoleon Mein Kommentar zu Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis: Internettarif, den ich gebucht hatte (EUR 145.-/Nacht) war sehr gut. Wenn ich den vollen Tarif, der im Zimmer angeschlagen war, hätte bezahlen müssen (EUR 260.-/Nacht), hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht. Wir haben besonders geschätzt, dass die Zimmer ruhig waren, aber trotzdem mitten im Zentrum von Rom, das ist selten. Gesamthaft gesehen, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Hotel Napoleon Rezeption und Hotelleitung waren o.K. (Geburtstag wurde anhand der Reisedokumente bemerkt und mit einer Flasche Prosecco als "Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses" gewürdigt). Personal am Frühstücksbuffet wirkte missmutig, gelangweilt und verursachte durch lautes Reden und Geschirrgeklapper zu einer zusätzlichen Geräuschkulisse, die bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht zu erwarten war.

Hotel Napoleon Sehr ruhiges Zimmer, konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Restaurant etwas zugig durch die Klimaanlage. Ansonsten adequate Preise.

Hotel Napoleon Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen, aber als wir ohne vaucher sondern nur mit der Internetbestätigung kamen, war der Portier zunächst verwirrt. Sonst war aber alles bestens.
