Hotel Gonzaga Was very disappointed that the breakfast was not included. The milk was bad. The morning desk clerk would not split our payment onto two credit cards.

Hotel Gonzaga Supposed to be a non-smoking room, turned out to be full of cigarette smell. Lots of mosquitos remains and blood stains on walls. Bitten at night. Mean breakfast. Rude staff. Smelly bathroom.

Hotel Gonzaga Despite a very late arrival (Midnight) and some time finding the hotel from the train station, it was important that the reserved room was available to crash into. A equally early morning departure had us leaving before the breakfast service was open. We received the accommodation we requested and were satisfied with the quality and standard expected.

Hotel Gonzaga The room was spacious and clean. And the hotel offers a nice breakfast. It is so convienent to Milano Centrale (just across the street and one block). So, if you are staying in Milan for a short while, this is very convienent.

Hotel Gonzaga The bathroom has that funky Milan smell to it. But overall, it was clean.

Hotel Gonzaga The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. I can not say enough about how nice they were. I stayed at many other hotels on this trip and the front desk staff were generally rude and didn't want to be bothered, but at Gonzaga it was the complete opposite. Thank you so much for helping to make my visit even better.

Hotel Gonzaga My wife and I thought that Gonzaga Hotel is a family business. I thought I had booked two nights and when we got there, they told me it was only one. And after our experience, we thought that we would have not been able to stay two night there. They have NO idea of what customer service is about, NO idea.

Hotel Gonzaga The hotel is a converted floor in an office block near the station. Partition walls divide it into small, airless rooms. The en-suite stank of damp. It would be just about acceptable as a youth hostel, but not as a 3 star hotel. When we checked out at 5:30am to get our train the staff were sleeping in the lobby.

Hotel Gonzaga Very good location and very clean, but that is about the only good things I can say about my stay in this hotel. The reception staff was very rude. The rooms are large, but very noisy. The hotel is located on a large, busy street, but that was not the worst. The plumbing in the bathroom made such a noise that we could not sleep all night. The breakfast was extremely limited and everything was packaged. Overall a very loveless, unfriendly and noisy hotel.

Hotel Gonzaga Great location, just a few minutes from Centrale. The staff was polite and helpful. Nice breakfast too.
