Hotel Di Stefano Excellent location to visit the main places of interest in Pisa. Front desk staff were very kind and competent. Breakfast was ok. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel Di Stefano It is only 5 minutes walking from the Leaning Tower. Our room was spotlessly clean everyday. Breakfast was basic but good. We had a great stay!

Hotel Di Stefano We thought there would be complementary transport on saturday am to airport, however the hotel booked us a taxi which we paid for. This was no problem to us but perhaps it should be made clear if you have to pre- book complementary transport to airport/rail station. The recommended restaurant was excellent and much appreciated

Hotel Di Stefano My family ended up in the top floor (attic type room) which was very warm, the air con unit did not function. On the plus side the top floor room did offer us a good view of the leaning tower in the morning.

Hotel Di Stefano While the staff on duty during the day were exceptionalyy polite and helpful, the same cannot be said for the night staff. We had to leave at 0500hrs on Sun, 7th July to catch a plane and found that the lift was not switched on. The night porter refused to switch it on nor did he offer to help us down from the third floor with our bags despite the fact that my husband has a bad leg and walks with a stick. Consequently I had to walk up and down the stairs three times with heavy bags. It was apparently impossible also to get a cup of tea or coffee in lieu of the breakfast we paid for but did not get. All of this spoiled what should have been a very pleasant stay.

Hotel Di Stefano Accueil chaleureux. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner puisque notre avion était très tôt le matin. Dommage ! L'espace dans la chambre était un peu exigu. Mais tout était sympa. Bien cordialement,

Hotel Di Stefano Typisches 3-Sterne Hotel, von denen man in Pisa einige findet. Da das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt liegt, ist die Parkplatzsuche etwas mühsam. Außerdem ist verkehrsbedingt die Geräuchkulisse in den engen Gassen ziemlich hoch. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt mit Familie ist das Hotel nicht geeignet, für einen 1-2 tägigen Kurztripp nach Pisa als Single oder Ehepaar aber vollkommen ausreichend.
