The historic Hotel Bristol Palace awaits you in the centre of Genoa, within walking distance from the fair grounds and Palazzo Ducale. In a short walk you get to the Aquarium and the Old Port area.
In the lobby, the elegant Liberty hall, a symbol of the Bristol, welcomes you in a large hall of white marble.

FROM THE HIGHWAY A26/A10/A7: exit GENOVA OVEST. Take the "SOPRAELEVATA" (at the exit of the highway). Take the second exit (CENTRO CITTA'/DE FERRARI). Cross the underground tunnel for 1,5 km. After the tunnel at the traffic light (take your left) go straight on for 50 meters. At the second traffic light turn left in Via Lomellini and then right in Via XX Settembre. You are at the Hotel Bristol Palace.
FROM THE HIGHWAY A12/A15: exit at GENOVA EST. Follow directions for Stazione Brignole, Centro Citta, De Ferrari, Via XX Settembre. Take Via Bobbio and then Via Canevari (it's at the end of Via Bobbio). At the end of Via Canevari take the tunnel under the railway and go straight on in Via Brigata Bisagno. Go in Via Brigata Bisagno for 200 meters and turn right in Via Diaz. At the end of Via Diaz turn right in Via Brigata Liguria and after 50 meters turn left (Via Ippolito D'Aste). At the end of Via Ippolito D'Aste take the tunnel (Galleria Colombo). At the end of the tunnel turn right in Via Fieschi. At the end of Via Fieschi at the traffic light turn left in Via XX Settembre (the turn is allowed only for our Clients), at 50 meters on the right you will find the Hotel.

Hotel Bristol Palace Excellent location, near the main attractions. Rooms are stylish and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and staff helpful at all times.

Hotel Bristol Palace The Bristol Palace Hotel is outstanding. I enjoy the breakfast room and it great food quality. The bar prices are too high based on the local area. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. This was my third stay and I enjoyed it very much once again. R. Barry balderston

Hotel Bristol Palace Until 1 June the air conditioning system is turned off at night from 2200-0700. Why? Because it is supposed to be cool at night. This means bedroom windows are left open to the full blast of racing motor bikes, car and truck exhaust, and bleating car alarms. When I called the desk to find out how to make the system work I was given a surly lecture on the "Average temperatures in Genoa during the previous ten days did not warrant turning on the system." On the inside and outside of the bath tub here was mold around the grouting. The much touted spa tub worked for one minute intervals instead of 15 minutes.

Hotel Bristol Palace Le palais est magnifique, les décors charmants. Le personnel est très courtois et la position est très pratique. Nous avons aussi apprécié la salle de jeux pour les enfants.
Hotel Bristol Palace Les décors de la salle de bain serait à améliorer.

Hotel Bristol Palace L'établissement est très bien situé, il a le charme suranné d'un hôtel ancien (sans avoir l'envergure d'un "Palace"): les chambres sont très moyennes, par leur taille surtout, la salle de bains convenable. Nous avons apprécié la qualité du buffet matinal, avec un personnel attentif. Points noirs: L'accueil général est presque discourtois et nous avons détesté l'obligation de payer pour consulter internet.

Hotel Bristol Palace Sehr angenehmes Hotel in guter Lage. Gutes Preis, Leistungsverhaeltnis. Zimmer geraeumig und etwas altmodisch aber dem Preis angemessen gut. Sehr schoen die Fruehstuecksterasse. Haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt.

Hotel Bristol Palace Sehr schön, elegant, wirklich mit Stil. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr sauber. Am besten hat mir das Treppenhaus gefallen, wunderschön mit rotem Teppich und verzierte Glasdecke. Frühstück top. Ausgezeichnet

Hotel Bristol Palace Wir waren bis auf einige Ausnahmen sehr zufrieden. Beim Anfahren des Hotels wurde es sehr problematisch, da die Anfahrtsspur des Hotels fortlaufend durch parkende Fahrzeuge blockiert wurde und sich niemand darum kümmerte. Beim entladen unseres Fahrzeugs hatten wir keine Hilfe und beim Auschecken musste ich mehrmals nachfragen ob uns jemand behilflich sein wird. Auch hätten wir uns gefreut, wenn es so etwas wie eine Begrüßung gegeben hätte. Ein freundliches Ciau bei unserer Abreise hätte uns ebenfalls gefreut. Das Personal an der Rezeption schien uns nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich.

Hotel Bristol Palace Wir waren begeistert, dass wir in einem so schönen und gepflegten Hotel übernachten durften. Das Zimmer war aussergewöhnlich gross und sehr komfortabel und das Frühstück im gediegenen rosaroten Frühstückzimmer war ausgezeichnet. Also, Kompliment an alle MitarbeiterInnen.
