Hotel Ariston Staff was not very helpful. Our television did not work, and though we asked numerous times for it to be serviced, staff did not respond. Bar was not very efficient. No bartender to make mix drinks. We were not offered tours or any information on the area. We were just given a map and we pretty much went our own way. Staff was not very friendly. Basic hotel at too high a cost, and not customer service friendly.

Hotel Ariston apparently one should get a room with a view the first time they go to florence. This hotel didn't have much of a view but It did make a great base camp from which to explore the city. If you are going to florence to stay in a hotel room dont stay here., If you are coming to florence to see the city then this makes an awesome place to lay your head at night and grab a bit of tuck before stating the day.

Hotel Ariston Para empezar nos tocó en 4o. piso sin ascensor. El baño horrible, chiquitito sin borde en el piso para la regadera, solo la cortina de baño pero se empapaba todo y se te pegaba la cortina de tan pequeño el espacio. La habitación limpia, muy amplia y el ventilador refrescaba muy bien. El desayuno escaso, solo pan y café, eso si el capuchino buenisimo. Lo que si es que en Italia los hoteles son caros y aqui el precio no era tan alto, pero la verdad no volveria.

Hotel Ariston El agua de la ducha no tiene donde evacuar ya que no hay un receptáculo. Por lo tanro el baño se llena de agua !!!

Hotel Ariston Douche a l'exterieur de la chambre et pas du tout fonctionnelle, odeur de cigarette dans la chambre les draps ne semblaient pas propres, pas d'ascenceur, et 51 escaliers a monter pour acceder au 3e étage.
