Best Western Jet Hotel There is a very nice seafood restaurant next to the hotel. There was no signs, but look for the red building, the food was excellent and was priced right. I was so glad the hotel staff pointed me to this resturant.

Best Western Jet Hotel We were a group of 5 travelling to Milan and Varese on a business trip. The hotel fully met our requirements. Clean, modernly equipped and with competent staff. Very happy with our choice.

Best Western Jet Hotel Helpful staff. Great restaurant just down the street - couldn't recommend higher! Jet location is pretty close to Malpensa. Don't know why anyone would go to Gallarate otherwise but there might be more there than we know about. Very quiet location. Feel that you're out in the country - perhaps because of the gardens next door etc. We stayed here 15-20 years ago (don't know how we found it then) and twice this time. Good value.

Best Western Jet Hotel Bad attitude from the staff, never anybody at the reception, mattress very hard, temperature control not working in the room, that was boiling hot. Nobody to serve coffee in the morning but the staff helping themselves behind the bar - couldn't wait to get out of there. I spend over 6 months a year in hotels and this was the worst I have ever stayed in - Best Western need to make big improvements.

Best Western Jet Hotel Situated at approximately 10 minutes from malpensa airport. Rooms are comfortable and clean. You can walk to the city centre(15 mins) where you can find nice bars and restaurants.

Best Western Jet Hotel The gentleman on reception when we arrived on the Sunday evening was BRILLIANT! We were not quite so impressed by those on duty next day. The room was clean and well appointed and we were glad to find it air conditioned. The swiming pool and area was very impressive but being a brief overnight stay we did not have time to make use of it. It was reasonably easy to find once I had noticed one ot the signs on th road into Gallerate and the monitored car park was a blessing.

Best Western Jet Hotel There is no sound insulation in the rooms. At one point i could here 4 or 5 different conversations at the same time, from the surrounding rooms. The noise from the corridor was so clear that the door migh as well not have been there. I was surprised that there was no food available in the evening, i arrived late and had to go to bed without a meal. The staff were sloppy in appearance and attitude alsmost impatient. For the price (€100) i felt that this run down, poorly run, under equiped hotel is very expensive and i will avoid it in future.

Best Western Jet Hotel the hotel's shuttle service to Malpensa airport is offered only every 1 hour, only in the morning and limited to max 7 persons each time, they dont do extra run when there are more people, so we had to go to the airport very early in the morning since it was fully booked. we didn't get any coffee or tea thought it's mentioned in the brouchure that you get free cofee and tea in the room until we asked for some, and we were given just one portion each. The shower was not providing sufficient amount of water, so it took a while to wash away bubbles from shampoo and soap.

Best Western Jet Hotel My room smelled dank and the common areas smell of cigarettes. It states non-smoking, yet the room includes an ashtray. The night staff was incredibly rude!

Best Western Jet Hotel I booked the hotel because the swimming pool. But when we arriwed to the hotel the staff sayed, that we can't use it even if it was May 3rd! The swimming pool was dirty, had no steps etc. Our kids were very disapointed and so were us adults too.

Best Western Jet Hotel It was the perfect location for Malpensa Airport.We arrived late afternoon and caught our plane the following morning.The Hotel Shuttlebus was operating early morning otherwise it had to be a taxi.A good,clean hotel perfect for the business travellers who frequent it.I would recommend it for travellers awaiting flights and who don't want to stay in Milan; which is approximately 40klms away.As we were coming from a western direction, it well suited our travel- plans.There isn't a lot to do in this industrialised area so I would recommend arriving late in the day!

Best Western Jet Hotel Too much noise in the room from the hotel during evening and night. The discription said it was a sound proof room, but this was not the situation. We were awaked many times by noise at the hotel.
