Best Western Hotel Paradiso The hotel is located a little far out of the centre!but in the best area of Naples! the restaurant has good food compare to other good restaurants! the views are very nice out of the rooms and hotels (rooms with a oceanview) overall a hotel to recommend to people who want to be in nice area outside the centre!

Best Western Hotel Paradiso The hotel was a disappointment from start to finish. The place is unapproachable by cab so you have to walk with your luggage from down the street. It's a boxy ugly building, half sunk below street level with inner rooms facing walls and car parks. We had chosen the hotel for its view over the harbor and the dining room with terrace overlooking same that the online information provided. There was a luncheon party scheduled the day we arrived and we therefore couldn't get served any food in the afternoon, the terrace was unstaffed even for drinks, and we were stashed in a windowless back room without view for dinner, as a wedding party was scheduled for the evening... In the morning, check-out was extremely unpleasant, as the hotel staff was distracted by calls and talking to each other and wouldn't focus on our questions about the boats to Capri, the cab service to get to the dock, etc.

Best Western Hotel Paradiso l'albergo è molto bello, ben tenuto e d'effetto ma poichè avevo con me dei gatti, nonostante siano accettati e sebbene l'albergo non fosse pieno, mi hanno dato 2 stanze decisamente poco accoglienti.

Best Western Hotel Paradiso Leider wusste niemand Vorort etwas von meiner Reservation. dank dem flexiblen Rezeptionisten konnte dieses problem gelöst werden. Das Hotel war ja leer. Wenn man sich auf den Buchungsservice nicht verlassen kann ist das schlecht!
